The MR DJ USA PSS1000 Professional Passive Loudspeaker is engineered to provide dependable full-range sound reinforcement for DJs, musicians, event professionals, houses of worship, schools, clubs, karaoke systems, and portable PA applications.
At the heart of the PSS1000 is a high-efficiency 10-inch woofer featuring a 40 oz ferrite magnet and 1-inch Kapton voice coil. This heavy-duty low-frequency driver works together with a high-frequency compression driver and constant-directivity horn to deliver balanced sound with powerful lows, clear midrange frequencies, crisp vocals, and detailed highs.
The PSS1000 features a built-in passive crossover that properly distributes frequencies between the woofer and high-frequency driver, while an integrated overload protection circuit helps protect the speaker components during demanding applications.
Its rugged MDF enclosure is internally braced for improved cabinet strength and covered in durable black carpet for additional protection during transportation and everyday professional use. A heavy-duty metal grille protects the speaker components, while integrated steel side handles make transportation easier.
A built-in pole mount socket allows the PSS1000 to be mounted on a compatible speaker stand for improved sound coverage.
