Easily add a subwoofer or a complete audio system to your vehicle by connecting this vehicle-specific Active LOC T-harness by Axxess. It is designed to work with Axxess LOC s, and is versatile enough to be compatible with most sound processors, line output converters, and amplifiers with high-level inputs. This T-harness provides convenient access to the speaker-level output signals from your factory radio, making installation easier. It provides signal connections for your system, including constant 12-volt (10-amp fuse), ground, and remote turn-on leads. It simplifies the connection process for devices like active signal processors. This T-harness is easily installed by disconnecting the factory radio and connecting the two T-harness plugs. One plug connects to the radio, while the other snaps into the previously removed plug. This setup allows the radio to remain fully connected to your vehicle while providing additional wires for adding an amplifier.

The T-harness is equipped with mating 8-pin plugs that remain connected when installers are adding a subwoofer amplifier, ensuring that the factory speakers continue to receive power from the radio. On the radio side of the T-harness, there is a pre-wired speaker-level output audio signal for a dedicated subwoofer amplifier or powered subwoofer, making the installation process highly versatile and compatible with various setups. To power your aftermarket system, the wiring can be adjusted by utilizing the 8-pin connectors and harnesses for integration of a 4-channel amplifier. This Axxess T-harness includes the materials needed for routing the outputs of your aftermarket amplifier back through the factory wiring to reach the speakers. Clearly marked labels on the wire bundle indicate which wires to disconnect and where to do so, as well as which wires should be connected to the outputs of your aftermarket amplifier.
