DPP prevents the amplifier from clipping music signals by supplying up to double the power to support rhythmic instruments that provide snappy sounds (like a snare drum, trumpet, or high-hat cymbals). During these dynamic musical passages, DPP instantly delivers bursts of power to meet the music's peak demands. The DPP technology enhances the KTA-450's performance to 400 watts, essentially doubling the amplifier's power without increasing its size.
