Audiovox ASCL63YR Carlink Remote Start Security Compatible with Android and Compatible with iOS App
The ASCL63YR combines traditional smartphone control when the hardware is installed into vehicles to allow smartphone apps (virtually unlimited range based on cellular coverage) to communicate with vehicles to operate the remote start and security systems supported by a 3-year service plan.
General Features:
- Connects your smartphone to your aftermarket security or remote start system
- Not compatible with RF remote kits
- Compatible with iOS and Android smartphones
- Features include remote start/stop, lock/unlock doors, battery voltage status, locate vehicle via GPS
- Four additional functions can be programmed, like trunk release, heated seats, defroster, opening windows, depending on the security/remote start system in your vehicle
- Can work without a remote starter as a GPS vehicle locator
- Requires CarLink Smartphone App downloaded to your device (available free from iTunes App Store or Android Market)
- Works over the cellular network via the CarLink service plan. Three-year subscription included with this model, $39.95/year after.
