Accele reengineered their best-selling cam to cover less of your car's license plate — the CAM600 backup camera features a low-profile bar-style housing that'll blend nicely for a factory look. Once you power the camera and run the included 22-foot video cable to the screen up front in your dash, you'll see a plentiful wide-angle view when you're backing up your vehicle. The color camera shows a clear image even under extreme low-light conditions.
The license plate-mounted rearview backup camera with night vision and a wide-angle lens assists you when you back up in your vehicle. It can be mounted to your vehicle’s rear license plate with the plate screws. You can connect the camera to your rear lights to automatically switch the camera on when you put your car in reverse. The camera has a mirror image to imitate a rearview mirror, and the wide-angle lens gives you a nice wide view of the driveway and street behind you. The wonderful night vision feature means you can see even in very low-lit conditions at night. Connect the camera’s video to a video monitor such as the ICU Video Monitor that clips to your rearview mirror, an in-dash receiver with video input (monitors sold separately), or even a wireless transmitter that includes an app for your smartphone to view the video from the camera.
